We are a family owned and operated community focused on providing physical and cognitive assistance in a structured and fulfilling environment. Within our 100-bed facility we offer onsite clinical care, fully furnished rooms, all day activities, homecooked meals, fitness gym, beauty salon, koi pond, 24/7 visitation, daily ice cream socials, and more. We also accept Medicaid to cover additional care costs.

Our check-in service for seniors aims to uphold self-sufficiency while offering assistance where necessary. We strive to support seniors living confidently through daily check-in calls, medication reminders, upcoming doctor appointment reminders, and doctor appointment scheduling.  We provide seniors with the tools to oversee their daily tasks and ensure they have the support to safeguard their health and safety. Evergreen Private Care is a Home Health company with a shared goal to assist our clients in maintaining their independence in the comfort of their own home, for as long as possible.  We are a private pay company, offering services beyond what most insurance companies allow.  We have HHA, CNA and Nursing on staff to provide light housekeeping, assistance with ADLs, trips to medical appointments, grocery store, or just go out for a nice lunch or dinner, Companionship to in home Nursing Services.
